The Sussex spaniel was developed in Sussex, Southern England. The breed has a low and compact appearance and closely resembles the Clumber spaniel. Description

The San Diego Sussex spaniel puppies grow into strong, massive dogs that have a body that is longer than it is tall. Their top-line is level. The eyes are large and hazel. The ears are large and low set and hang close to the head. The neck is slightly arched.

Temperament
